Important: the default and menu views show an "Ask us anything" search feature. My vision for this is to use an AI assistant to subsume the entire help docs as its SLM. You'll see that I've used the FAQs as "suggested questions" with a carousel. My suggestion would be to store questions and answers in a database, so that future questions can first ping the database, reducing credit usage. Additionally, you'll get actionable data about what customers are asking.
