But, most solutions can be designed optimally with SAAS and "off the shelf" software that you don't need to maintain in-house. We will make sure your solution streamlines in-store, at-event, and online commerce with hardware that fully integrates and software that plugs into your existing infrastructures, such a automation, CRM, and ESP, you just have to know their strengths and how to implement them. We'll help you get it done right and we'll make sure everything is tested ready for use by your staff and your customers.
Training: What good is a new system if you can't use it? We'll make sure your staff is trained and comfortable with using the technology and supply either training videos, guides, or both so that new employees can onboard quickly and existing staff have a reference.
Marketing and Public-Facing Rollout: Once you're ready, we'll design a plan for introducing you to new customers or activating existing ones. Often, a two-step process helps to roll out your new infrastructure to a smaller test group first, followed by a larger public announcement and higher volume of traffic.
